🥕 Nightshade-Free Root Vegetable Fries

Traditional fries are made with white potatoes, which are nightshades. This easy alternative uses a colorful combination of parsnips, beets and sweet potatoes for crispy oven-baked fries without white potatoes.

And, of course, fries need ketchup. Serve them with plenty of Nada Mato Tomato-Free Ketchup for the classic combination without the tomatoes. ❤️
