One of the toughest things for me to go without was ketchup and fries. Besides tomatoes, potatoes (another nightshade) are a big no-no for me. This is how I'm able to satisfy my cravings worry free.
INGREDIENTS:
Parsnips
Beets
Sweet Potatoes Nada Mato Ketchup
STEPS:
Step 1 Slice up your root veggies Step 2
Toss in Avocado Oil
Step 3
Sprinkle some salt of your choice
Step 4
Spread out evenly on a lined cookie sheet and place in a pre-heated oven at 420 degrees for approx. 30-40 minutes
Step 5
Pour a generous amount of Nada Mato Tomato Free Ketchup over your fries and enjoy!
