Who can resist a delicious meatball (or six) with savory marinara sauce? This is my "go to" recipe for savory meatballs and it's 100% AIP, Paleo and Whole 30 compliant. It takes just ten minute to prep and is a great dish to batch cook and freeze for those cold winter nights ahead. Just make sure you have plenty of Nada Mato Pasta Sauce in your pantry and dinner is ready in minutes!
1 lb. grass fed ground beef
1/2 cup minced onion
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbs. Italian seasoning
1 tbs. full fat coconut milk
1/2 tbs. arrowroot powder or tapioca starch
Step 1 Peheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
Combine all ingredients and mix
Roll into your preferred size and bake for 18-20 minutes
Pop open a bottle of Nada Mato Pasta Sauce, pour and enjoy!
